Terms & Conditions

Clear, practical terms for print, proofs, delivery and mailing.

These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with The Print Centre Warrington (“we”, “us”). They are intended to keep projects predictable, fair and accountable.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are based on the specification provided at the time. An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it and/or production begins. Changes to specification may affect price and schedule.

Artwork and approval

  • Customers are responsible for supplying accurate artwork and content.
  • Where we provide a proof, production begins only after approval (unless agreed otherwise).
  • Proof approval confirms acceptance of layout, text, images, pagination and colour expectations.

Colour and print tolerances

We operate colour control practices aligned to ISO 12647 (where applicable). Variations can occur due to paper stock, finishing, and screen-to-print differences. Critical brand colours should be discussed before production.

Turnaround times

Turnaround times are estimates unless agreed in writing as a fixed deadline. Delays can occur due to artwork readiness, proof approval timings, or carrier performance.

Delivery and collection

Delivery is via tracked services where suitable. Local collection is available at Unit 5, Guardian Point, WA5 1AU by arrangement. Risk passes on delivery or collection.

Mailing and data

Where you supply mailing data, you confirm you have the right to use it. We handle personal data using processes aligned to ISO 27001 and GDPR‑compliant controls where applicable.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at order stage. Late payment may pause ongoing or future work.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and services supplied for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
